Survey Dynamics have been contracted to provide survey services to upgrades of Great Eastern Highway between Walgoolan and Southern Cross. These include:
- Ghooli – Completed April 2023 – 11km of widening and seal replacement. Overlay and complete replacement of road pavements divided into 4 sections. Replacement of culverts & drainage. Installation, removal or replacement of existing services. A replacement of westbound rest area.
- Walgoolan – Completion expected October 2023 – Bridge replacement, realignment & road widening. Intersection upgrades to Warralakin and Liddell Roads. Installation and replacement of culverts & drainage. Installation, removal or replacement of existing services. (photo featured for this project)
- Bodallin – Widening and sealing of 15km of road with complete reconstruction of road pavements. Realignment through Bodallin townsite. Intersection upgrades at Penton Road, Ivey Road, Blyth Road, Bodallin South Road and Bodallin North Road. A new 2km eastbound passing lane. A new westbound rest area. Replacement of culverts & drainage. Installation, removal or replacement of existing and future services.
